If your looking for the best places to celebrate the 4th of July in the states were going to let you in on three of the best. the Fourth feels like the epitome of summer – the classic American feel with the smell of the BBQ and the fireworks coming as soon as the sky goes dark. We know you can see fireworks just about anywhere but here are a few places that elevate the experience where you can enjoy the holiday with all the festivities.

Our first pick is a classic, The Hamptons. it is the place to escape when it comes to having a Chic summer. There is nothing like the shingled homes, the east coast beaches, shopping in Montauk. It feels like you have stepped back into an old glamours movie.  Montauk’s annual fireworks is the highlight of the season for Fourth of July in the Hamptons…..ps. you might even get invited to the “All White Party” Hosted by Michael Rubin.

Next up we have a California getaway in beautiful Lake Tahoe, Tahoe is known for Fourth Of July around the world. Each side of the lake does its own spectacular show, the fireworks are launched from offshore barges and they illuminate the water as far as you can see. With over 200,000 onlookers the lake is a very popular site to see. not to mention that the whole show is on a soundtrack that is broadcasted across local radio – so you can dance and sing along to the choreographed fireworks.

We might surprise you with this last one – Nashville, Tennessee! The country capital has all the fun and the beauty of the Fourth. All of Music City has all week long outdoor concerts that bring the party. Nashville also is known for one of the largest firework shows in the country! Don’t underestimate this spot for your Independence day.
