Travel Itineraries – why we love them, why you need them

    As you could probably guess when it comes to travel we have to have every little detail down to make sure that everything goes according to plan. Since we cover everything from jets, cars, yachts, hotels, security, productions, meetings, and so on we would consider ourselves anything from a Travel Managers to Travel Concierge. With a little black book of contacts around the world we seem to have a way of making just about any travel dream come true. 

   We often get asked how we keep organized when it comes to keeping up with each clients unique requests – weather we are doing a tour for a rapper, a whole production team for a reality series, or private travel for some of our exclusive clientele its important to us that everyone that is involved with the travel monologue feels aware of all plans. What we create has a way to keep track with all the moving pieces that often occur – because just as you can imagine, travel plans are always changing. 

    Our women lead team creates travel profiles for each client which we can refer back to when it comes to what our clients prefer when on the go. Our travel gurus then create what we like to call a “ Travel Sheet” – our team lives by these. After a few decades of creating these  our clients have become accustomed to having these sheets made to help follow along with the ever changing travel plans to help us all feel more in control of – who, what, and where is going. 

    In hopes that in planning your next trip you feel the need to create a mock up travel sheet and organize all of your plans from the phone number of the hotel you are staying in, to the name of your driver who is picking you up from the airport. Having all of these details on one sheet will help you feel ready, calm and confident for your next adventure!
