Our last tips are for feeling like your best self after traveling, jet lag will get you when you’re changing the clocks on these long flights. A few reminders for feeling like the best you! – Avoid alcohol until you get used to the time change, stay majorly hydrated. And lastly, eating nutrient dense foods.
